This Refund Policy sets out your rights and how returns and refunds are handled on our store. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Your statutory rights
As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have two distinct and independent rights in relation to your purchase:
- The right of withdrawal. You may return your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery for any reason, without having to justify your decision. See Section 3 of our Terms and Conditions for the full procedure.
- The statutory guarantee of conformity. For two (2) years from the date of delivery, you are entitled to a free repair, replacement, proportional price reduction, or refund if the goods fail to conform with the contract. See Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions and our Warranty page.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects these rights.
2. How to return a product
To initiate a return under either right above, please contact us through our contact page before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and provide any necessary instructions.
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer — as the seller, we are responsible for handling all returns.
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible, with any accessories and documentation included. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Refund processing
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days of our receipt of the returned goods or of evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Depending on your bank, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Where the refund is issued under the right of withdrawal, it will include the standard delivery costs you paid, except for any supplementary delivery costs you chose above the least expensive standard option we offered.
4. Return shipping costs
For returns exercised under the right of withdrawal (Section 1.1 above), the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
For returns exercised under the statutory guarantee of conformity (Section 1.2 above), where the claim is justified, the return is organised at our cost in accordance with applicable law.
5. Items not eligible for withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the categories listed in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, including but not limited to sealed goods unsuitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and unsealed after delivery, and goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
6. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within fourteen (14) days of our confirmation, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary. If the refund still does not appear, contact us through our contact page and we will investigate.
